I started Automation Strategy Group after watching the same story play out at company after company. A company buys a powerful platform (like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign), an agency stands it up with junior consultants and offshore resources, then six months later it’s realized that tools we’re never configured correctly – half-built workflows, broken integrations, and data nobody trusts.
